The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 29th session held on 9th July 2025 in Sarajevo, reviewed materials in the field of competition law and policy, as well as the internal work and functioning of the Competition Council.
Opinion was adopted at the request of the Sava River Basin Agency, Sarajevo, in connection with the provisions of the Law on Public Procurement.
The remaining items on the agenda of the session included the Preliminary Draft Work Program of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2026, as well as the Medium-Term Work Plan of the Competition Council of BiH for the period 2026-2028.
