At its 25th session held on 01. 04. 2025 in Sarajevo, the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina discussed materials in the field of competition law and policy, as well as the internal work and functioning of the Competition Council.

The Conclusion was adopted that rejected was that the Notification of Concentration of the undertaking Telekom Srbija a.d. Belgrade, was rejected, due to the lack of an obligation to notify the concentration, within the meaning of Article 14, paragraph (1) of the Law on Competition.

Within the remaining items on the agenda of the session, the Proposal of a Decision on the Appointment of the President of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina was adopted.
