At the 57th extraordinary session of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ninela Salihbašić was appointed as the President of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina for a term of one year, starting from 26 July 2025.
In accordance with the Law on Competition, the Council of Ministers of BiH, at the proposal of the Competition Council of BiH, appoints a president from among the members of this authority every year.
