The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 23rd session held on 26 February 2025 in Sarajevo, considered materials from the field of competition law and policy, as well as the internal work and functioning of the Competition Council.

A concentration in the market for the production and sale of bauxite ore in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which arises from the acquisition of a package of shares of the undertaking “Pavgord” d.o.o. Foča in the undertaking “Boksit” a.d. Milići, was permitted.

Within the remaining items on the agenda of the session, the Report on the list of receivables and liabilities as of 31 December 2024 was adopted.
