The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina held its 37th session on 28 November 2025 in Sarajevo, at which it adopted an Opinion upon the Request of the Federal Ministry of Trade, on the Preliminary Draft Law on Electronic Commerce in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Within the remaining agenda items, the Public Procurement Plan of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2025 was adopted.
