The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina held its 6th session on March 14 2024 in Sarajevo, which was preceded by a working meeting.

Materials from the field of competition law and politics were discussed at the session.
On that occasion, an Opinion was passed on the Request of the Regulatory Commission for Energy in the FBiH, on the Draft Rulebook on the Change of Supplier.
Bearing in mind the Request, the Competition Council stated that the Draft Rulebook on changing suppliers does not contain provisions that may prevent, limit or distort market competition on the relevant market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in terms of the provisions of the Law on Competition, i.e. that it is in compliance with the Law on Competition.
