102^nd session of the Council of Competition of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 18^th December 2014 with the following adopted:

Conclusion on the initiation of the proceedings upon Notification of concentration of undertakings “Telemach” d.o.o. Sarajevo and “VRBASKA KABLOVSKA TELEVIZIJA NETWORK ” d.o.o. Bugojno, in the sense of Article 17 and 18 of the Competition Act.

Conclusion on the extension of the deadline for the final decision in case No. 06-26-2-012-5-II / 14 of 25^th September 2014, pending between undertakings “Telemach” d.o.o. Sarajevo and BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo, in order to establish a violation of Article 10 paragraph (2) of the Competition Act.

Conclusion on the extension of the deadline for the final decision in case No. 05-26-2-013-5-II / 13 of 25^th September 2014, in the proceedings pending between undertakings “Telemach” d.o.o. Sarajevo and “HD Win” d.o.o. Belgrade, Serbia, in order to establish the existence of abuse of dominant position under Article 10 paragraph 2) items a) and c) of the Competition Act.

Opinion upon request of undertaking Factory of mineral water and soft drinks “Vitinka” a.d., Kozluk, regarding the existence of the obligation to notify the concentration.
