73^rd session of the Council of Competition of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 28^th November 2013 with the following adopted:

Conclusion rejecting the Request for initiation of proceedings of the undertaking “Telemach” d.o.o. Sarajevo against undertaking „HD-VIN“ d.o.o. Beograd for establishment of existence  of prohibited agreement,  due to the lack of jurisdiction over the subject.  

Conclusion on initiation of proceedings for the review of Notification of concentration of the undertaking Klas d.d. Sarajevo and undertaking SPRIND d.d. Sarajevo.

 Proceedings are initiated to review compatibility of the concentration in question, since Council of Competition has established, based on preliminary analysis of market shares, that the intended concentration could lead to creation or strengthening of dominant position of the participants to the concentration, on the market of bakery products in Canton Sarajevo, since participants to the concentration already had significant individual shares on the relevant market.

Conclusion on initiation of proceedings for the review of Notification of concentration of the undertaking Opresa d.d. Sarajevo and undertakings Duhanpromet“ d.o.o. Sarajevo, „Riva“ d.o.o. Tuzla, „Riva“ d.o.o. Brčko, and „Riva Company“ d.o.o. Doboj.

Proceedings are initiated to review compatibility of the concentration in question, since Council of Competition has established, based on preliminary analysis of market shares, that the intended concentration could lead to creation or strengthening of dominant position of the participants to the concentration on the market of  sales of goods in specialized retail outlets (kiosks). During the proceedings Council of Competition will analyze the relevant market of Bosnia and Herzegovina and some cities where participants to the concentration have significant market shares.

 Conclusion on initiation of proceedings upon the Notification of concentration of the undertaking Telekomunikacije RS a.d. Banja Luka and undertaking Elnet d.o.o. Laktaši.

 Proceedings are initiated to review compatibility of the concentration in question, since Council of Competition has established, based on preliminary analysis of market shares, that the intended concentration could lead to creation or strengthening of dominant position of the participants to the concentration on the market of distribution of radio and TV program, and market of internet services. During the proceedings Council of Competition will analyze the relevant market of Banja Luka  and some municipalities where participants to the concentration have significant market shares.
