84th session of the Council of Competition of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 17th March 2014 with the following adopted:
Conclusion on the extension of the deadline for making the decision to review the concentration of undertaking Telemach Društvo za pružanje usluga u oblasti telekomunikacija d.o.o. Sarajevo (company providing services in the field of telecommunications), Džemala Bijedića 216, 71000 Sarajevo and undertaking ART NET d.o.o. Kiseljak, Administrativni poslovni centar bb, 71250 Kiseljak.
On the basis of data collected from the media and their review, Council of Competition found that there are grounds to suspect that the concentration of undertaking Telemach Društvo za pružanje usluga u oblasti telekomunikacija d.o.o. Sarajevo and undertaking ART NET d.o.o. Kiseljak , has not been not conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Competition Act, and issued ex officio Conclusion on Initiation of the proceedings to review the concentration on 16th December 2013.
