86th session of the Council of Competition of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 10th April 2014 with the following adopted:
Conclusion on the extension of the Conclusion of initiation of proceedings ex officio with review of the concentration of undertaking Telemach Društvo za pružanje usluga u oblasti telekomunikacija d.o.o. (company providing services in the field of telecommunications) Sarajevo, Džemala Bijedića 216, 71000 Sarajevo and undertaking VI-NET d.o.o. Visoko, Društvo za instaliranje distributivnih sistema (Company for installation of distribution systems), Burića 5, 71300 Visoko, in the sense of Art. 16 and 18 of the Competition Act.
Council of Competition adopted Conclusion on initiation of ex officio proceedings, on 16th December 2013, in order to assess the concentration of undertaking Telemach Društvo za pružanje usluga u oblasti telekomunikacija d.o.o. Sarajevo, and undertaking “ART-NET” d.o.o. Kiseljak, Administrativni poslovni centar bb, 71250 Kiseljak.
Conclusion on the initiation of proceedings upon Request for initiation of proceedings filed by the Cantonal Pharmaceutical Association of Zenica-Doboj Canton, Crkvice, Aneks B b.b. 72000 Zenica, against Health Insurance and Reinsurance Institute of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Trg Heroja 14, 71000 Sarajevo and Health Insurance Institute of Zenica-Doboj Canton, Aska Borica 28b, 72000 Zenica, in order to establish the existence of a prohibited agreement.

Opinion on the Proposal of Decision on amendments to the Decision on the organization and method of performing taxi passenger transport in the Zenica-Doboj Canton, following the Request for opinion of the Ministry of Planning, Transport and Communications and Environment of the Zenica-Doboj Canton.
