Conclusion based on Claim for initiation of proceedings by undertakings Blicnet d.o.o. Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, TELRAD NET d.o.o. Bijeljina, Bosnia and Herzegovina and Elta Cable d.o.o. Doboj, Bosnia and Herzegovina filed by lawyer Stevan Dimitrijević from Banja Luka against the undertaking Association de Gestion Internationale Collective des Oevres Audiovisuelles, CH-1202 Geneva, Switzerland, for the abuse of a dominant position within the meaning of Article 10, paragraph 2, item c) of the Law on competition.
