The first constitutive session of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 4 May 2017, with the following adopted:
Draft decision on the appointment of the President of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina whereby Mr Ivo Jerkić was proposed for the President of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina for a period of one year. The same is sent to the further procedure of appointment before the Council of Ministers.
Rule-book on internal procedures and the method of signing financial documents.
Draft decision on signature, the delivery of mail in the work and the manner of signing acts.
Draft Action Plan of the mid-term program of work of the Council of Ministers (2018-2020).
Conclusion rejecting the request for an additional decision of the undertaking “ORTHO LIFE” d.o.o. Bihać.
