In order to promote competition law and policy, on April 7 2022, the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina held a virtual Conference of regional character on the topic: “Anticompetitive practices of public utility companies “, with the support of the Regional Competition Council, Budapest . This was also the first Regional Conference organized by the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Representatives of competition authorities from the countries of the region took part in the Regional Conference: Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Kosovo, Slovenia. This event was supported by the RCC and OECD.
The conference was also successful in terms of exchanging experiences and presenting cases that countries in the region had on this topic, as well as strengthening regional cooperation in the field of competition law and policy.
