The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 27th session held on 30 May 2025 in Sarajevo, considered materials in the field of competition law and policy, as well as the internal work and functioning of the Competition Council.

A concentration was permitted in the wholesale and distribution market of pharmaceutical products and medical devices in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the retail market of pharmaceutical products in the territory of the Republika Srpska, through which the undertaking ”Vega” d.o.o Valjevo, Republic of Serbia, acquires control over the undertaking ”PHOENIX” d.o.o Bijeljina Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Within the remaining items on the agenda of the session, the Temporary Public Procurement Plan of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina for 2025 was adopted.
