At its 30th session held on July 17 2025 in Sarajevo, the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina adopted an Opinion upon the Request of the Federal Ministry of Trade, Ante Starčevića bb, 88000 Mostar, on the “Preliminary Draft Law on Consumer Protection in the Federation of BiH”.
