Expert advisor Anesa Pašić attended the seminar on “Competition and regulators”, organized by the Regional Competition Center (RCC)/OECD-GVH, in Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, from April 15 to 17 2024.

The seminar consisted of a series of dynamic presentations by panelists, which concerned relevant topics such as the mutual relationship between regulators and competition authorities, challenges and opportunities that arise in energy markets in the region and Europe, with a particular focus on the analysis of the gas market, electricity and other energy produced from renewable sources.
Another current topic was related to the telecommunications market and the strengthening of competition in that segment.

Participants had the opportunity to participate in discussions after the presentation of the panelists who presented cases from practice. At the end of each session, analyzes of hypothetical examples of cases on relevant topics were done.
