The second session of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 8 May 2017, with the following adopted:

Decision establishing an individual exemption from the prohibition of the Framework supply contract concluded on 09.14.2016. between undertakings’ Zeochem ” AG, Uetikon am See, Switzerland and ” Alumina ” d.o.o. Zvornik, within the meaning of Article 4 paragraphs (1) and (3) and Article 5 of the Law on Competition. Individual exemption from the prohibition of the Framework supply contract referred to in point (1) of the operative part of this Decision is determined for the period of 5 (five) years and shall be valid from the date of its conclusion, in accordance with Article 6, paragraph (5) of the Law on Competition (” Official Gazette of BiH”, 48/05, 76/07 and 80/09).

Conclusion on suspension of the proceedings initiated upon request of “Telemach” d.o.o. Sarajevo against undertakings “Tibra- Pacific” d.o.o. Kiseljak, “Nova Otoka” d.o.o. Kiseljak, “BH Telecom” d.d. Sarajevo, and “Logosoft” d.o.o. Sarajevo to determine the existence of a prohibited agreement within the meaning of Article 4 of the Law on Competition.
