The thirty sixth session of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 6 September 2018, with the following adopted:
Decision rejecting the Claim of the undertaking Akt .online doo, Sarajevo, filed against the undertaking BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo, in order to determine the abuse of a dominant position within the meaning of Article 10, paragraph (2), points a), b) and c) of the Law on Competition as unfounded.

Conclusion to initiate the proceedings upon the Claim for the individual exemption from the prohibition of the agreement of the undertaking Molson Coors d.o.o. Banja Luka, which relates to the List of conditions concluded between undertaking “Bavaria” N.V. Netherlands, as a seller and undertaking Molson Coors d.o.o. Banja Luka, “Zagrebačka pivovara” d.o.o. Zagreb, “Apatin brewery Apatin” d.o.o. Apatin and “Trebjesa” d.o.o. Niksic, as buyers, within the meaning of Article 5 paragraph (1) of the Law on Competition.
