The fifth session of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 6 July 2017, with the adopted Conclusion rejecting the Notification on concentration of the undertaking BS TS a.s, Prague, Check Republic, for non-existence of the concentration within the meaning of the Article 12 paragraph (1) of the Law on competition.
Competition Council
