74^th session of the Council of Competition of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 5^th December 2013 with the following discussed:

Proposal of Decision upon Request to institute proceedings of the undertaking  “LRC Inženjering” d.o.o. Sarajevo , against Agencija za finansijske, informatičke i posredničke usluge d.d. Sarajevo (Agency for the financial , IT and Intermediary Services ).

 Proposal of Decision upon Request to institute proceedings of the undertaking ” PZU E – Style ” against the Federal Government and the Ministry of Health of the Federation of BiH.

 Proposal of Decision upon Request to institute proceedings of the undertaking ” Elta Kabel ” d.o.o. and Association of cable operators in BiH , against undertakings „Serbia broadband – Srpske kablovske mreže“ d.o.o. Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, „Total TV BiH“ d.o.o. Banja Luka, „Telemach“ d.o.o. Sarajevo , „IKO Media“ d.o.o. Belgrade, „Iko Balkan“ S.R.L. Bucharest, Republic of Romania, „Sport Klub“ d.o.o. Sarajevo.

 Conclusion was adopted, upon request of ” Centrotrans – Eurolines ” d.d. Sarajevo against the Municipality Vogošća and undertaking ” Vildan tours” d.o.o. Sarajevo , in order to establish the existence of prohibited competition conduct in the relevant market of transportation of pupils in the municipality Vogošća .

 Conclusion was adopted, rejecting Notification of concentration of the undertaking AS d.o.o. Jelah – Tešanj , due to the lack of concentration , in terms of Article 12 paragraph ( 1 ) of the Competition Act , because the undertaking AS d.o.o. Jelah – Tešanj  has not gained control of the undertaking Klas d.d. Sarajevo  , since it did not buy more than 50.0 % of the shares ( with voting rights ) in the mentioned undertaking , and therefore there is no obligation to notify this transaction.
