Thirty eighth session of the Council of Competition of Bosnia and Herzegovina was held in Sarajevo on 13^th June 2012, with the following documents adopted:

 – Opinion upon Request of the undertaking Magros Veletrgovina d.d. Sarajevo, Bosna i Hercegovina, on obligation to notify concentration. Council of Competition has estimated that this is the case of internal reorganization of the company with majority ownership of undertakings Al Shiddi Trading and Al Shiddi International and that there is no obligation to notify concentration.

 – Opinion upon Request of the undertaking Amko komerc d.o.o. Sarajevo on obligation to notify concentration o in case of acquisition of majority ownership in the undertaking Dobrinja d.d. za promet robe na malo i veliko. Council of Competition has estimated that there is no obligation to notify concentration since all the relevant conditions form the Competition Act have not been met.
