The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 31st session held on 30 July 2025 in Sarajevo, considered materials in the field of competition law and policy, as well as the internal work and functioning of the Competition Council.

At the session, the Request of the undertaking “Mtel a.d.” Banja Luka was adopted, for the suspension of the proceedings initiated upon the Request of the undertaking “Mtel a.d.” Banja Luka, against “Aero Centar Krila d.o.o.” Banja Luka, in order to determine the existence of an abuse of dominant position under Article 10 of the Law on Competition.

At the request of the party, the Competition Council adopted a decision to suspend the proceedings for the assessment of the concentration of the undertaking “Aktiva invest” d.o.o. Banja Luka.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 25 of the Low on Competition, the Competition Council considered the request of the undertaking “Duga-tehna” d.o.o. Čitluk for an opinion assessing whether a certain conduct of the undertaking constitutes a violation of the Law on Competition. After considering the submitted documentation and facts for the specific case, the Council took a position and issued an opinion.

The remaining adopted items on the agenda of the session were: the Rulebook on internal procedures for creating and recording obligations and the manner of signing financial documentation, the Decision on determining the signature, as well as the Information on budget execution for the period of temporary financing January-June 2025.
