129th session of the Council of Competition was held in Sarajevo on 19th May 2016 with the following adopted:

Decision approving the concentration in the relevant market for the provision of cable television services to end-users in Ilidza municipality, which will result from acquisition of control of undertaking Telemach d.o.o. Sarajevo over the subsidiary of the undertaking ASK d.o.o. Ilidža-Sarajevo, which carries out the activity of providing cable television services in the municipality of Ilidza.

Decision approving the concentration in the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the insurance sector which will result from acquisition of control of undertaking “MG Mind” d.o.o. Mrkonjic Grad over the undertaking joint-stock company “Bobar osiguranje” Bijeljina, through the purchase of the majority shareholding.

Opinion upon request of “Bingo” d.o.o. export – import Tuzla regarding the existence of the obligation to notify the concentration in terms of the Competition Act.
