The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 42nd session, held on 23 April 2026 in Sarajevo, adopted the following decisions:

A proceeeding was initiated upon the Request for extension of the individual exemption of the agreement from the prohibition established by the Decision of the Competition Council No. UP-05-26-4-054-18/21 of 19 May 2022, submitted by “Swixx Biopharma AG” and “Sanofi Winthorp Industrie”. The request was submitted pursuant to Article 6, paragraph (3) of the Law on Competition.

Opinion was adopted upon the Request of the Public Enterprise “Institute for Textbooks and Teaching Aids” a.d. Istočno Novo Sarajevo, on the mandatory application of the Law on Public Procurement of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A Proposal for a Decision on the Appointment of the President of the Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina for a period of one year was adopted. The same was forwarded for further appointment procedure before the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The remaining agenda items adopted were:
• Temporary Public Procurement Plan for the period April-June 2026
• Decision on decommissioning of fixed assets.
