The Competition Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its 28th session held on 04 June 2025 in Sarajevo, adopted a Decision rejecting as unfounded the Claim of the undertaking “Aero Centar Krila” d.o.o. Banja Luka, submitted against the undertakings “Mtel” a.d. Banja Luka and “Financ” d.o.o. Banja Luka, in order to determine the abuse of a dominant position within the meaning of Article 10 of the Competition Law, and in order to determine the existence of a prohibited agreement within the meaning of Article 4 of the Law on Competition.
